ACCOUNT CO-ORDINATOR

Based at our fast paced Clerkenwell showroom, proportion>london are looking to recruit a junior member of the sales team in the position of account co-ordinator.

Supporting our account managers, the successful applicant will:
¨ co-ordinate and develop existing client accounts
¨ handle new client enquiries
¨ perform general administrative duties related to client orders
¨ liase with production teams to follow orders through the system

Our ideal candidate will:
¨ be MS office proficient
¨ have a pleasant telephone manner and presentable appearance
¨ have First-class communication and interpersonal skills
¨ be able to multi-task and work under pressure
¨ have effective problem solving skills and attention to detail
¨ be a team player with a positive can-do attitude

For the successful applicant, there is scope to develop and progress within a small friendly team. Salary is commensurate; hours are 9 – 5.30 Monday to Friday (with very occasional out our hours tasks). An interest in fashion retail would be a great natural advantage and experience in a similar office environment is essential.
